Perfect Drink® recipe

Hawaiian Kai Treasure

"A reward all it's own! An authentic pearl is your gift with this refreshing concoction of Martinique or Haitian rum"
Created by Mannie "Blackie" Andal of Manhattan's Hawaiian Kai restaurant in the 1960s, from the Hawaiian Kai 1970 "Hawaiian Cookbook".
Note, I used canned whipped cream instead of Half & Half and it makes an amazing foam. Original recipe calls for Green Curaçao.

This drink is a citrus bomb! A bit too tart to be considered balanced with a touch of bitter. Good drink, 4/5 stars
