Samoan Fog Cutter
In the 1950s Victor "Trader Vic" Bergeron reformulated his famous Fog Cutter to make it less potent, reducing the rum and brandy by half an ounce each.
This drink uses some liquors that I use infrequently and I need to up my game. As a result, this may not be the best example to judge this recipe (although my liquors may be about par for what was available in 1950?) My liquor choices aside, predominantly flavor is citrus. The gin is evident but the rest of the flavors don't really come through. Well balanced but in this iteration, it didnt strike me as special. 3/5 stars
