Tonic Trance
A bitter and somewhat herbaceous cocktail, we mixed this one up for Shark Week. While researching shark terminology we came across the phenomenon of tonic immobility. We won't bore you with the details, but we will share this great recipe.
Ingredients

- Simple Syrup - 1½ tsp
- Grapefruit Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Orange Bitters - 1 dash
- Lemon - 1 wedge
