Tropical Itch

From Modern Tiki "The Tropical Itch is a cocktail that was first poured by Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Gardens resort in Waikik back in 1957."
With 3 oz of Passion Fruit, that is definitely the predominant flavor. The bourbon and lemon are evident. With the equivalent of almost 4 oz of liquor, it a bit stronger than my preference. With Passion Fruit Puree instead of Syrup it's a little too tart to be balanced. I give it 4/5 stars.
