Perfect Drink® recipe

Saturn

Created in 1967 by J. "Popo" Galsini of the Huntington Beach Kona Kai. This drink, winner of the International Bartender's Association World Cocktail Championship, was originally named the X-15 as a tribute to the ingenuity of the Douglas Aircraft engineers who developed the X-15. But shortly after the drink was introduced, an X-15 test pilot died and Popo renamed the drink to the Saturn
I dont want to criticize a classic but this drink just doesnt measure up to modern standards. With 1 oz of syrups to 1/2 oz lemon juice, it was very sweet. And pretty light on liquor at 1 1/4 oz, I'm going to give it 2/5 stars.
