Blue Hawaii
The Blue Hawaii was invented in 1957 by Harry K Yee, head bartender at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This is purported to be Harry's original recipe. Not to be confused the Blue Hawaiian which contains coconut and no sweet and sour mix. As written, this drink is a bit sweet. Replacing the sweet and sour mix with fresh lemon juice will make more balanced
