Agrabana Grog
Most of my Tiki loving friends have palates that are finely tuned to pick out the common spice flavors used in traditional Tiki drinks; cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice. I wanted to create a new Tiki drink that would return them to a time when Tiki flavors we're exotic and unexpected, so I turned to Garam Masala, an Indian Spice mixture more commonly used in savory cooking. - Humuhumu Trott

- Crushed Ice
- White Rum - 1¼ fl oz
- Gold Rum - 1½ Tbsp
- Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Grapefruit Juice - 1½ Tbsp
- Garam Masala Syrup - 1½ Tbsp
- Club Soda - 1½ Tbsp
- Mint - 1 sprig
