This Recipe from Shane Paule, the bar manager at Austin's now defunct Isla Bar, sports the good stuff found in a Mai Tai but with an additional scrumptious nutty layer of macadamia nut liqueur. Named for a resort town in Jamaica
(Originally written as 3/4 oz orgeat and 1/2 oz Macadamia) A bit alcohol forward with 2 3/4 oz liquor and only an oz of mixer. Nutty flavor definitely predominate. Tasty but low volume. 4/5 stars
