Painkiller

Created in the 1970s by Daphne Henderson at the Soggy Bottom Bar on White Beach, Jost Van Dyke island, British Virgin Islands. Modified by Charles Tobias, founder of Pusser's Rum. The official Pusser's recipe calls for 2-4 oz of rum, you can edit this Perfect Drink recipe to your taste.

A universally loved classic, a good "gateway to Tiki" drink. Well balanced. All the flavors come through including the rum. Easy to mix and drink but not very complex. For bonus points, garnish with a syringe full of rum (30 ml per ounce). 4/5 stars
