The original recipe called for 3/4 oz "coconut puree". When I made it with coconut cream it was too sweet. Dropped the coconut cream and used coconut rum instead. Doesnt have the mouthfeel of the coconut but the guava adds some 'texture"
Predominant flavors coconut and spice, especially vanilla and allspice. Well balanced. A great drink with a unique flavor. 5/5 stars
