This drink was originally served in the 1970's at Walt Disney's Polynesian Resort, but don't let that dissuade you from trying it. Leilani means "heavenly lei or "royal child" in Hawaiian; the volcano refers to the bowl it was originally served in. Nowadays you're more likely to find it served in a tiki mug or Zombie glass.
