I couldn't find the regular canned papaya nectar so I blended 2 parts fresh papaya with 1 part water. At about 65% papaya vs 21% in the canned, this has significantly more papaya flavor.
Balanced, leaning towards tart. A nice showcase for papaya flavor but rather one dimensional. 3/5 stars
