A little tart for me to call "balanced" but good. Predominant flavors citrus and vanilla. Puts Spiced Rum to good use 4/5 stars An extra 1/4 oz of Demerara Syrup makes it much more balanced. A 1/4 of Cinnamon Syrup would have been good too

- Angostura Bitters - 1 dash

- Lime - 1 wedge
