The house cocktail of Jeepney's in New York. Named after the popular Philippine souvenir called the barrel man, a carved wooden man wearing a barrel. When you lift the barrel, his "titi" pops up.
This cocktail is OK but not great. The passion fruit takes over, the Donn's Spice #2 isn't enough to be tasted. Even the citrus is buried. Too tart for my tastes, 3/5 stars
