White Lady
The White Lady (also known as a Delilah, Kiernander, or Chelsea Sidecar)
is a form of Sidecar made with gin instead of brandy and often includes
additional ingredients such as egg whites. There are two conflicting stories
of the origin of the White Lady, but both accounts date its creation to
around 1930.
