Sidecar
The Sidecar first appeared at the end of World War One in either London
or Paris, and the first recipes for it were published in 1922. It is similar
to a Daiquiri but uses brandy
rather than rum, but in that regard is probably more closely related to the
Brandy Daisy (or just Daisy).
Ingredients
- Lime - 1 wedge
- Granulated Sugar
- Brandy - 2 fl oz
- Triple Sec - 1 fl oz
- Lemon Juice - 1½ Tbsp
