The Moscow Mule was created by John Martin ( a distributor of spirits)
and Jack Morgan (owner of the now defunct classic Cock
'n Bull restaurant on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles) in 1941. It
was a popular drink among Hollywood celebrities of the era and helped
popularize vodka in the United States.
