JM Amaretto Sour
This recipe comes from Jeffrey
Morgenthaler of Clyde Common in Portland, Oregon. He claims this is
the "best Amaretto Sour you've ever had
in your life." Morgenthaler's contention is that classic Amaretto
Sours are too sweet. His version has the addition of egg whites and cask
strength bourbon to help balance out the sweet ingredients.
