Grenadine Syrup
Grenadine (Pomegranate) Syrup is very easy to make. If you have
the means to use fresh juice that is great, however, bottled juice works
very well. You also have choices regarding the sugar. Super fine
sugar will dissolve very easily and is always a good choice for making
syrups or adding to cocktails. Other sugars can bring more flavor
complexity like turbinado, muscovado, demerara, or brown sugar.
Just follow the Perfect Drink recipe. First pour the sugar in to the
jar.
Then, add the pomegranate juice.
Seal the jar and shake vigorously for a few seconds then let it set for a
few minutes. Depending on the sugar you use, you may need to shake a
few more times until all the sugar is dissolved.

- Pomegranate Juice - 4 fl oz
- Orange-Flower Water - 3 drop
