Gin Rickey
The Rickey, originally made with Bourbon, was created by George A.
Williamson and Col. Joe Rickey at Shoomakers bar in Washington, D.C., in
the 1880s. The Gin Rickey may have originated at the 1893 Chicago Exposition
and has largely supplanted the original version.
