Finding Nemo
This whimsical drink was created by Brendan Turner of Side
Bar in San Diego. The addition of the Swedish fish garnish (available
in the bulk candy section of many supermarkets) helps tie the cocktail to
its Disney film namesake.
Ingredients

- Coconut Rum - 1 fl oz
- Hypnotiq - 1½ Tbsp
- Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Blue Curacao - 1½ tsp
- Pineapple Juice - 1½ tsp
- Swedish Fish
