El Floridita
There are a variety of drinks that seem to share the name "El
Floridita" but they all get their name from the Floridita bar in
Havana, Cuba. This version is rumored to be Ernest Hemingway's favorite, who
was a frequent visitor of the Floridita. The Floridita was known for its
bartenders who specialized in fruit juice and rum cocktails like this one.
