Perfect Drink® recipe

Brooklyn

The earliest mention of the Brooklyn is in the 1908 Jack's Manual, but it was all-but-forgotten until its recent rediscovery as part of the current cocktail renaissance. The original recipe called for Amer Picon, which hasn’'t been available outside of Europe for several decades. You can substitute Italian Amaro or Torani Amer if you have trouble finding Amer Picon.
