The Abbey is a classic cocktail, included as the first drink in The
Savoy Cocktail Book from 1930. It's become obscure in the U.S., but it is
still well known in Britain. The Savoy version used Angostura instead of
orange bitters.
Ingredients
- Gin - 1½ fl oz
- Lillet Blanc - 1½ Tbsp
- Orange Juice - 1½ Tbsp
- Orange Bitters - 2 dash
- Cherry - 1
