Molokai Mike
Circa 1934 from Trader Vic. The key to this double layered drink is to just barely blend the bottom layer, then extended blending of the top layer to incorporate lots of air so it will float over the top layer.
Admittedly, this is a bit of novelty drink. But it's a pretty good one. Pretty well balanced, both sweet and tart. I used Myers's so it's flavor is predominant along with the flavorful Pom/Hibiscus Grenadine but the citrus flavors come through too. 4/5 stars
