Zucchini And Mint Puree
After 6 or 7 months old it never hurts to begin introducing your baby to the more complex mix of flavors they will find in solid food. This is a great recipe for just that. The zucchini and squash provide a very neutral base allowing the mint and cinnamon to come through. Just a bit of apple juice sweetens the puree.
