This Thai Marinade is great with chicken, beef, and seafood. The default batch is best suited for 2-3 lbs. (1-1.5 kg) of meat. For a spicy Thai sauce try blending the marinade until smooth and drizzling it over seared meat or sautéed vegetables, or use it as a dip for veggies or meat skewers. Use one serving per pound of meat to marinate.
