Taramasalata

Taramasalata or tarama is a Greek dip that is often served as part of a Mezza platter with drinks before dinner. This unique dip is also popular in Paris where it is known as the mayonnaise of the sea. This recipe starts with white bread that is softened in water, blended with fish eggs and emulsified with oil. We think it would make a great base for a unique slaw or as a dip for some fresh cut oven fries!
