Seafood Marinade
This simple marinade comes together with basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Lemon juice gives it a tangy flavor while fresh Italian parsley complements the garlic and olive oil. The great part about this marinade is that you only need to marinate fish or shrimp for about 10-20 minutes, then add salt just before cooking. The default batch is best suited for 2-3 lbs. (1-1.5 kg) of meat. Use one serving per pound of seafood to marinate.
