A Dutch Baby pancake, sometimes called a German pancake, a Bismarck, or a Dutch puff, is a sweet popover that is typically served for breakfast. Baked in the oven in a cast iron skillet, they fall soon after they come out of the oven. Serve with a dusting of confectioner's sugar and a fresh squeeze of lemon.
