Perfect Blend recipe

Butternut Chèvre Dip

When butternut squash comes into season we all look for new ways to use the delicious and versatile vegetable. Since they last so long and are available all winter, new recipes are always welcome. This beautiful, bright orange dip is served hot out of the oven with a drizzle of flavorful olive oil and, if you prefer or have them on hand, a heavy sprinkling of fresh herbs. Bake up some fresh pita crisps or garlicky crostini to serve for dipping.
