Cherry Crunch Muffins

Cherry crunch muffins are loaded with flavor. Plump, juicy cherries surrounded by an almond and coconut batter are taken to another level with a crunchy granola-like topping that is piled high on top of each muffin. Standard paper liners won't do the trick for these so parchment paper squares are used to hold the abundant topping in place while they bake.
