Sports Drink

Workouts can drain you of minerals and electrolytes. There are hundreds of commercial sports drinks available, but they're loaded with sugar and other additives. This easy and quick-to-make sports drink has less than 15g of sugar and 6g of protein for an entire 20oz serving. Feel free to use any juice that tickles your fancy that day, or a lemon/lime combination for even less sugar per serving.
