Parker House Rolls
Invented in the 1870's at the Parker House Hotel in Boston, these delicious rolls are delicate, soft, and overflowing with buttery goodness. The story goes that an angry pastry chef threw unfinished rolls into the oven, creating their unique appearnace. These rolls are made by flattening the dough and then brushing or dipping them in melted butter before being folding and baking them. This version captures all the wonderful essence of the classic roll but with a more polished finish.
