I have been making Sweet Pea and Onion Salad since my college days at the University of Houston. It is a very simple salad and it packs a fantastic taste. During college I used to work in a delicatessen where I learned how to make a lot of non-traditional southern dishes. Sweet Pea and Onion Salad was one of them.
