Spiced Fig Cake

This loaf cake will surprise you and impress your guests. The combination of gingers and spices provides a great depth of flavor that builds with each bite. The figs also provide a wonderful contrast in texture to the dense moist cake. Use a good quality ginger liqueur such as Domaine De Canton.
