Panforte

Panforte is a dense and fantastically fragrant dessert that is packed with fruit and nuts. The sticky batter may prove challenging, but when you see and taste the result you’ll understand what the fuss was all about. Traditional Panforte is often allowed to rest, in refrigeration, for up to a week before serving. This step allows the spices to merge into the dried fruit even further.
