Blueberry Pie

Without the need for peeling, pitting or cutting, blueberry pie is a snap! Fresh or frozen berries are just fine. So stock up on fresh blueberries when they are available, freeze them on a parchment lined baking sheet until frozen, then transfer to a zip top bag for storage.
