This cool cream pie is brimming with bananas! Macerated banana and brown sugar custard adds a rich layer of flavor to slices of fresh bananas that are packed into a flakey pie crust. A little, optional, rum extract kicks up the whipped cream. For a really decadent composition, try adding a drizzle of caramel sauce when you serve it.
