Classic Ice cream sandwich cookies
There are so many different ways to prepare an ice cream sandwich but when someone ways ice cream sandwich, what is the first visual that comes to mind? For us it is the classic soft chocolate cookie filled with vanilla ice cream. We tried to re-create that cookie and you can let your imagination run wild filling them with any ice cream you wish. They become softer and more ready to eat as they rest in the freezer filled with ice cream.
