Brown Sugared Monkey Bread

"When I visit Harlem, New York, there is only one restaurant that I want to go to for Sunday Brunch—The Cecil on West 118th. I had heard about Monkey Bread, but I had never eaten it until I dined at this restaurant. I actually thought it was a joke. Well I took this recipe one step further and added a twist: I created a Bananas Foster Rum Sauce that you pour over the Monkey Bread.
