This macaron was inspired by the yummy chocolate candies called turtles. It just seems natural to combine pecans with caramel and milk chocolate!

- Lemon Juice - 1/8 oz
- Vanilla Paste - 0.04 oz
- Heavy Cream - 1⅝ oz
- Salt - 0.04 oz
- Water - 3/4 oz
