Vegetarian Chili

Vegetarian Chili isn't just for vegetarians! When a plethora of meat heavy appetizers and snacks are served it's a good idea to sneak some vegetables into the mix. Tomatoes, beans, hominy, and fresh peppers seasoned with flavorful chili spices are just as delicious as any meaty chili. This chili is also a fantastic addition to nachos, or even on top of a mound of macaroni and cheese.
