Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies
Peanut butter is one of those ingredients (when combined with chocolate) that everybody wants more of. Finding just the right balance in this recipe took quite a few tries. In the end we decided that this incredibly rich concoction would benefit from peanut butter chips in addition to the swirls of sweet creamy peanut butter, ensuring adequate amounts of peanut butter in each and every bite. The lower bake temperature keeps the peanut butter swirls from burning and makes the brownie stay rich and gooey.
