Braided Brioche
Brioche is a decadent enriched bread that is slightly sweet with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Excellent on its own, it also makes an impressive french toast or bread pudding. It can also be simply slathered with your favorite soft cheese or jam. This version of Brioche adds an extra braiding step that adds quite a wow factor to the finished loaf.
