Lemon Vanilla Bean Pie

This recipe, adapted from the book Sweetie Pies by Patty Pinner, will make you fall in love with lemon pie all over again. Vanilla beans add a delightfully unexpected flavor that plays wells with the sweet and sour lemon filling. Preparation of Pie Dough, Single Shell is required before baking this recipe.
