Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is the official pie of the state of Florida. In Key West it is served in a number of different ways: with a chocolate cookie crumb crust, frozen on a stick and dipped in chocolate, and with meringue or whipped cream topping to name a few examples. The important thing to remember is to use fresh squeezed juice. If you cannot find Key limes, regular limes may be substituted. Preparation of a Graham Cracker Crust is required before baking this recipe.
