Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is the official pie of the state of Florida. In Key West, Florida the pie can be seen served in a number of different ways. With chocolate cookie crumb crust, frozen on a stick and dipped in chocolate, also with meringue or whipped cream topping to name a few examples. The important thing to remember is the use of fresh squeezed juice. If you cannot find Key limes, regular limes may be substituted.
