Fitness-Berry Almond Bars

Fruit and nut bars have been a big hit for some time now, but who wants to pay the high price of buying them when you can easily make them at home. Seeds, nuts, dried fruit and puffed rice mixed together and pressed into bars. Every thing you want and need for some extra energy without anything you don't, not to mention they are much easier on the wallet.
