Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Cookies

Cookies for breakfast? How can that be a healthy start to the day? These cookies are loaded with healthy ingredients and although they look like cookies they're actually really good for you. You can use any non dairy milk for the frosting just keep in mind that the consistency may be thinner or thicker so feel free to adjust as needed. You could also use a different nut butter if your child has a peanut allergy.
